Our culture is defined through a code. The Code consists of ten specific statements that represent our heart.

The Code isn’t just something we say, it’s who we are.

Unconditionally. No looking back. I refuse to play it safe. No more excuses. I’m All-In!
Regardless…I lift my all to the one who gave me everything. I could never earn it and don’t deserve it, God is worthy.
Generously of my time, talents and resources, giving back to God what He lavishly gives to me.
Intentionally moving forward. Leaving my past behind. Always ready for my Next Step
On purpose for a purpose. Overcome by love, walls reduced to rubble. Our family is always growing and there’s room for EveryLAST1.
Wholeheartedly. It’s about Everylast1. There’s a place for me. I’m not a benchwarmer.
Freely. Without hesitation. With no expectations. No longer a prisoner. No longer a jailer.
United by faith. Building relationships and growing with one another. We are better together!

Without ceasing. Lifting up and laying down. Boldly entering into His presence. All of heaven is mine.
