ENROLLMENT FOR NEW STUDENTS
Thank you for your interest in Grace Point Academy! We know that choosing a school for your family is a big decision. We welcome you to the process of learning more about our Academy. We strive for excellence, integrity, and honor in all that we do. Our students will encounter a robust academic curriculum taught by professional educators, while being immersed in a community of faith and learning that fosters Christ-like attitudes of the heart, character formation and a thoughtful patriotism that inspires civic duty.
Our Admissions and Enrollment team are ready to help. Please call our School Administrative Office at 360-825-1314 and choose option “1” with any questions as you complete each step of the Admissions Journey. We look forward to meeting your family!
For academic school year 2024-25, we are currently enrolling students in Preschool – 6th Grade.
For academic school year 2025-26, we will begin enrolling students for Preschool - 7th grade on February 1, 2025.
Enrollment Process
Each family will follow these steps to enrollment (in most cases):
STEP ONE- Complete the Application for Admission: (available throughout the year). Upon receipt of your Application for Admission, our Admissions Team will contact you to schedule an Initial Visit and Tour.
STEP TWO-Initial Visit and Tour: (available throughout the year). Parents meet with the Head of School to learn about Grace Point Academy and tour the campus.
STEP THREE- Family Admissions Interview: Family Admissions interviews can be scheduled now. Please complete the online application first so that you receive a scheduling link. The Family Admission Interview is a time for your family to meet with the Head of School at Grace Point Academy. This interview should include each parent/guardian and the incoming student. Our purpose for the Admission Interview is to ensure that GPA is the right fit for your family, spiritually and academically. We look forward to getting to know your family!
STEP FOUR- Assessment Testing: Testing will be scheduled for each incoming student to determine grade placement after the completed application has been received. Assessment testing is mainly to determine grade placement, and not as a factor for enrollment decisions. All new students will be tested prior to enrollment. (Kindergarten testing is approximately 15 minutes; 1st-6th Grade testing is approximately 20-45 minutes).
STEP FIVE- Admissions Decision: Enroll your child! After the Family Admissions Interview and Child Assessment, you will receive an Admissions decision via email with a link to enroll your child(ren) through our FACTS system. The enrollment packet is entirely online.
After completing the above steps, the Enrollment links for 2024/25 school year are now open for new families. The Enrollment links for 2025/26 school year will open on February 1st, 2025 for new families.
Upon enrollment, the annual Enrollment Fee of $300 per student is due to secure your child’s spot in their grade level.
The $300 Enrollment Fee is non-refundable.
At Grace Point Academy, we realize that a commitment to private school tuition is a sacrifice for many families. We pray for God’s blessing over our families who desire to educate their children in a Christian school.
GPA is pleased to offer Indexed Tuition, which is designed to make our Christ-centered, high-quality academic program available to more families. The Indexed Tuition (IT) program at Grace Point Academy allows us to adjust tuition rates for families to help meet their unique financial position.
A limited amount of discounted tuition rates are available to families who qualify based on their income. Applications for Indexed Tuition is now available.
