LAURA VANKLAVEREN

Laura is a lifelong follower of Jesus who is passionate about creating opportunities for the spiritual formation and academic development of children.

She is originally from Fargo, North Dakota. She served in the U.S. Marine Corps for 4 years and then spent much of her life and career in Arizona, until she moved to Maple Valley about 6 years ago.

Her educational journey includes a B.A. in Christian Education from Southeastern University and an M.A. in Theology from Fuller Seminary.

One of her professional accomplishments includes leading a large Christian preschool for 8 years in Phoenix, AZ.

Her love of learning extends into her personal life through her hobbies, such as bread-making, reading and traveling.
